What we collect

• Account details: your name, your email and your password. The password is stored hashed, never as plain text.
• Workspace data you add: your clients and your team.
• Data from the platforms you connect: read-only advertising and analytics reports from Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta and TikTok. These include spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, campaign and ad names, account names, currency and time zone. Also any CSV files you upload.
• Sign-in tokens for those platforms, stored encrypted.

How we use it

We use your data only to show your reports, refresh them on your schedule and send you notifications in the app.

We never change your campaigns. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising and never use it to train AI models.

Google API data

Dataden's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We ask Google for these scopes:

• Google Ads (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords): to read your reports.
• Google Analytics (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly): to read your reports.
• Later, Google Sheets for the current spreadsheet only (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly): to write report data into the sheet you have open.

Sharing

Your data is shared only with the team members you invite yourself, and with the service providers that host the app (our cloud server provider). We share it with no one else, apart from legal requests we are required to answer.

Retention

We keep your data while your workspace is active. Saved report data is kept until you delete the connection or the workspace. Backups are kept for 14 days.

Deleting your data

• Delete a connection in Connections. This removes its sign-in token.
• Delete the workspace in Team → Delete workspace. Only the owner can do this, and it removes everything.
• Or email support@dataden.app and we delete your data within 30 days.

You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions, from Meta Business Integrations, or in TikTok.

Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypt platform tokens, hash passwords and keep each workspace's data separate from every other workspace.
